Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zaply. They are written to be readable rather than exhaustive; if you are deploying Zaply commercially you should have them reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Your account

You need an account to generate Signal Boards, write Takes or use Creator Studio. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of the Takes, notes and material you create or supply. You grant Zaply the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to run the product — for example, showing a public Take on your profile.

Content you mark public is visible to anyone with the link. Content stamped onchain is permanent: the hash cannot be withdrawn from the blockchain, even if you later delete the Take from Zaply.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
  • Do not use Zaply to harass, defame or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not present AI-generated analysis as reporting, or fabricate sourcing.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits or access controls.
  • Do not use Zaply to operate a gambling service.

AI output

Generated output is provided as-is. It can be wrong. You are responsible for what you publish. See the disclosures for the limits of Signal Boards, confidence numbers, Proof of Take and Signal Score.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Usage limits reset monthly.

Blockchain interactions

Stamping a Take requires you to sign a transaction with your own wallet and to pay the network fee. Those transactions are irreversible and outside Zaply's control. Zaply never takes custody of your funds.

Availability and liability

Zaply is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be signposted in the product before they take effect.
